of defence and civil. Having taken voluntary retirement as an officer in the rank of
Wing Commander, he has developed himself as Computer Science &
Management professional. He worked as Director/Director General in Four
Management and Computer Science Colleges in Delhi for 20 years. He is
dedicated educationist. The process of his development included scientific work,
Information systems development, teaching, policy formulation & their
implementation and institutional building. He has long experience in managing
the cooperative societies.
